There are a lot of tips out there, how to lose weight, but very few of them seem to work. As a rule of thumb usually stick tips that seem so natural and easy to do. Not because I'm lazy, but because I'm not ready to trade one problem for another. Often we get so obsessed with losing weight, which completely forget why we want to lose weight. Feel better, healthier and enjoy life. Why wear a hell when you try to achieve our goal? Or you have to cut food out completely from our diet or tired body. Literally, we become unhappy to be happy.
